With regional locations along the picturesque banks of the iconic Murray River, Smoke On The Water is a NEW event celebrating all things Smoky, savoury……and downright delicious!
Join us in not just one but SIX events over 11 days as Smoke On The Water goes on an epic road trip along the mighty Murray River!
Filling the air of 6 charming towns with the tantalizing aromas of slow-cooked, succulent meats, we want YOU to be part of the experience!
With a team of committed food vendors, event features will also include local and regional producers, stall holders, on site bar and entertainment which will include live music, smoking ceremonies, flame twirling etc as well as BBQ competitions and live demonstrations!
Additional ticketed and catered experiences will also be available for pre purchase for patrons.
Smoke On The Water is a family friendly event that aims to create a consistent experience no matter where the location, and to bring the most mouth-watering of events to true regional areas.

To make this event work for everyone, an upfront commitment to which events you can reasonably plan to attend is what we are looking for.
Whether you can attend one, two, or all events, we would love to have you along!
Each food and trade vendor is welcome to provide their own unique menu and/or offering and make their space their own however they wish!
Smoke On The Water aims to create a sustainable event that (with your support and valuable feedback) can become an event that is not only enjoyed by patrons, but by you as food and trade vendors!
We will have our best foot forward with event management, communications and marketing.
Smoke On The Water event organisers have all been vendors and event providers, so we get it, you need to know estimated patron numbers, bump in/out info and be open to feedback.
Dates and locations have all been pre-determined and we are moving forward with the full support of local councils at each of these locations.
Next is completing our simple registration form attached and send it back to us. You will receive confirmation of your registration and additional information including vendors fees, licencing and insurance requirements for each location.
First round of registrations will close 31st of March 2024.
